Return Process

    Initiate a Return Request

    Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our technical support team directly.

    Prepare the Hardware

    Carefully repackage your scanner and all included cables, calibration cards, and accessories in the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach the Shipping Label

    Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it securely to the exterior of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

    Inspection and Refund

    Our technicians will inspect the returned unit for functionality and completeness; once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
